பிணக்கற அறுவகைச் சமயமும் நெறியுள்ளி யுரைத்த,
கணக்கறு நலத்தனன் அந்தமி லாதியம் பகவன்,
வணக்குடைத் தவநெறி வழிநின்று புறநெறி களைகட்டு,
உணக்குமின் பசையற அவனுடை, யுணர்வுகொண் டுணர்ந்தே. 1.3.5
Summary
Accept the method of the Vedas, and know him through realisation, He is the Lord without end, and beginning of all, spoken of therein. Give up all doubt and cut as under your attachments, for he resolves the conflicts in the six schools of thought.

உணர்ந்துணர்ந் துரைத்துரைத் தரியய னரனென்னுமிவரை,
உணர்ந்துணர்ந் துரைத்துரைத் திறைஞ்சுமின் மனப்பட்டதொன்றே. 1.3.6
Summary
O People! Even if you raalise your nature as different from your body, -formless, sons length, breadth or height, -the Lord is not attained. Praise him who is spoken of as Brahma, Vishnu and Siva, he is the Lord dwelling in your heart.

ஒன்றெனப் பலவென அறிவரும் வடிவினுள் நின்ற,
நன்றெழில் நாரணன் நான்முகன் அரனென்னு மிவரை,
ஒன்றநும் மனத்துவைத் துள்ளிநும் இருபசை யறுத்து,
நன்றென நலஞ்செய்வ தவனிடை நம்முடை நாளே. 1.3.7
Summary
He pervades all forms, eluding count as one or as many. He is the radiant Narayana, the four-faced Brahma and Siva. Hold him in your hearts with steady devotion, shed all desires and serve him alone, that is the only good.

நாளு நின் றடு நமபழ மையங் கொடுவினையுடனே
மாளும், ஓர் குறைவில்லை மனனக மலமறக் கழுவி,
நாளூநந் திருவுடை யடிகள்தம் நலங்கழல் வணங்கி,
மாளுமோ ரிடத்திலும் வணக்கொடு மாள்வது வலமே. 1.3.8
Summary
Let us purge our hearts free from desires, and worship the radiant feet of the Lord, spouse of Lakshmi. Our past karmas will vanish, and we shall not want, Even if death comes, we shall die humbly and well.

வலத்தனன் திரிபுர மெரித்தவ னிடம்பெறத் துந்தித்

சொலப்புகில் இவைபின்னும் வயிற்றுள இவையவன் துயக்கே. 1.3.9
Summary
Siva who burnt the three cities occupies the Lord’s right. Brhama who made the seven spheres resides on his navel. Yet he is here within the Universe for all to see. Such are his wonders, the thoughts that fill my heart.

அயர்ப்பில னலற்றுவன் தழுவுவன் வணங்குவ னமர்ந்தே. 1.3.10
Summary
He mystifies even the clear-thinking gods, he has wonders that would fill the sky, he has a dark cloud-hued, his lotus-feet measured the Earth, I shall forever sit and praise, adore and worship him.

O Frail crane, compassionate, with beautiful wings and a handsome matel would the two of you not pity my plight and take a message from me, to my Lord who rides the fierce Garuda bird? why, were he to cage you both, indeed, would that hurt you?

O Graceful swans fortunate to be in the company of spouses! That clever dwarf who notoriously took the Earth by begging, -Go tell him that this maiden has lost all her senses. Alas, mindless me! My dark karmas will never end.
